go version 1.3

Hope in net/dnsconfig_unix.go able to have a public variable store /etc/resolv.conf,
then able to change it out side of net package. In net/hosts.go same issue on
/etc/hosts, it is a private variable, hope it could be a public variable too. Offer a
public function able to change it is also good.
