Installing Go on a Windows computer causes any 32-bit command prompt windows (opened by
running C:\Windows\SysWOW64\cmd.exe) to have the Go icon instead of the command prompt
icon.  A similar issue existed for the Windows version of Git and has already been fixed
there.  See msysgit/msysgit#71.

If you delete the godocserver shortcut or change it not to specify an icon, this fixes the bug.
