install the latest gorename tool

go install golang.org/x/tools/cmd/gorename@latest

What did you see happen?

got error:

go: golang.org/x/tools/cmd/gorename@latest (in golang.org/x/tools/cmd/gorename@v0.0.0-20240919230923-d09d36b49f6c):
        The go.mod file for the module providing named packages contains one or
        more replace directives. It must not contain directives that would cause
        it to be interpreted differently than if it were the main module.

What did you expect to see?

correct install the tool
