x/tools/gopls: dumping ground for unwanted gopls@devel telemetry stacks #64250

This closed issue exists to record the stack ID of any telemetry-reported stack in a gopls@devel binary that we don't care to look at, for example because it relates to code that was since fixed or abandoned. If the golang.org/x/tools/gopls/internal/telemetry/cmd/stacks command creates a "New issue" form for such a stack, you can add its stack ID to the list in this existing issue to avoid creating new ones unnecesarily.
