fishbowl-02 and fishbowl-03 are missing, as reported at https://farmer.golang.org/#health:

fishbowl-02.local missing, never seen (at least 109h2m4s)
fishbowl-03.local missing, never seen (at least 109h2m4s)

We're already aware and working on getting them back up. This is just a tracking issue for that.

Interestingly, fishbowl-02 is the same builder that was missing fairly recently in #60271, but fishbowl-03 is a different one.

They've been rebooted and they are up and running now.
