Debian Sid, also known as "Debian Unstable", is an ever moving target. Our host-linux-amd64-sid is described as "Debian sid, updated occasionally."

It was last updated in Nov 2019. Given this builder doesn't explicitly try to provide coverage for older Linux versions, I've updated it to a newer image built in Nov 2022 as part of builder maintenance work this week. If it causes problems, we can revert or follow up, otherwise it being more up-to-date should provide more value (more signal, less noise).

It found that TestGdbBacktrace, TestGdbPython, and GdbPythonCgo tests in package runtime aren't passing on a newer Debian Sid:

The failure looks very similar (if not identical) to #54352, and the explanation in #54352 (comment) lines up—the update caused gdb version 12.1 to be tested, which is newer than 11.1 mentioned there.

Reverted to the previous version for now to avoid creating disruption.
