What is the reason that you could not retract this package instead?

I'm a new Gopher. I pushed a test package with setting a version randomly(v0.1.0), the folder structure is really ungraceful. When I‘ know the pkgsite, I found the wrong version number has already on the pkg site. Now I' want to start from v0.0.0, but found pkg site won't refresh. I tired retract in go.mod but it does't work. Please help.
