There is almost no mention of the sub-repo packages on the go website or the wiki.
Particularly go.crypto and the net repos contain very useful packages and deserve
mention somehwere. I would have never found them w/o being on the mailing list.

I completely missed that section of the references page, never having scrolled down as
the references I use are all right at the top.
I do think that the reference section is not the most obvious a place to look for
additional packages. When looking for the sub-repos before filing this bug it didn't
occur to me to look there. I looked on the Packages page, the Projects page and the wiki
Projects page.

One alternative is to include three sections in the package listing, namely:
* Standard repositories
* Sub-repositories
* Third party repositories
This would be linked to issue #3305.
