On go 1.0.3 in OS X 10.8, Atlantic/South_Georgia doesn't seem to be working properly.

I've also unzipped the included tz database, and verified with zdump the
included-with-go file for Atlantic/South_Georgia.

Comment 1:

On OSX 10.8, using rc1.1, i get a time two hours later than EDT, and 2 hours earlier
than UTC.
Could you try again and let us know what happens?
