What is the path of the package that you would like to have removed?

github.com/cfanbo/gomod

Are you the owner of this package?

Yes

What is the reason that you could not retract this package instead?

The old repo has been deleted and cannot be retrieved. The new repo with the same name has been resubmitted

removing from pkgsite only hides the generated documentation. it does not allow you to reuse names/versions.
