When viewing a workflow, it would be nice to be able to create a new workflow with the same parameters, or to at least pre-populate the creation form with the same parameters as another workflow.

One useful scenario with this is when a workflow fails and needs to be recreated from scratch, which is tedious.

How do we feel about this lately? Does retry make it less necessary?
