We are planning to add pkg.go.dev/vuln pages for the vulnerability reports in the Go vulnerability database.

We should link to these pages also from the JSON files. See https://go.googlesource.com/vulndb/+/8ed09992cb03ae9edf334305f9009ec85e6ed4af/cmd/gendb/main.go#66.
