What did you do?

go help build

What did you expect to see?

https://golang.org/doc/articles/race_detector#Supported_Systems says darwin/arm64 is supported. Help message should be consistent with it.

What did you see instead?

	-race
		enable data race detection.
		Supported only on linux/amd64, freebsd/amd64, darwin/amd64, windows/amd64,
		linux/ppc64le and linux/arm64 (only for 48-bit VMA).

darwin/arm64 is missed in the list of supported systems.
