fmt: Printf %#v loses array type information for [...]byte-derived types #4685

What steps will reproduce the problem?
If possible, include a link to a program on play.golang.org.
1. Run the code at http://play.golang.org/p/ROnPugHPX1

What is the expected output?
Expect the type diplayed in %#v output to match that shown for %T.

What do you see instead?
Array type represented at []byte.

Which compiler are you using (5g, 6g, 8g, gccgo)?
6g

Which operating system are you using?
Linux

Which version are you using?  (run 'go version')
go1.0.3 also tip (go version devel +073d912321cc)
