What did you do?

I was investigating how the current time is fetched in Windows and found some rotten links referencing an implementation detail eg. here

What did you expect to see?

A working link to better understand why the implementation is as-is.

What did you see instead?

404 - not found There is no content available for the given URL. on the target link

Unfortunately, the page was only captured by the Wayback Machine only once in May 11, where it was already rotten.

Other mirrors of the article like here are a dead-end; the only live one I was able to find is this which appears to be from the same source, the 'Windows Research Kernel' at the Hasso-Plattner-Institut.

If there's no objection, I will open a CL to replace all occurences with the live mirror and a link to the archived version.
