The dev.golang.org/release page shows an issue burndown chart, tracking the current major Go release milestone. This chart needs to be updated to target Go 1.(N+1) milestone every 6 months (see previously CL 248157, CL 295191, etc.). We can automate this so that regular manual updates aren't needed, similarly to how we've done it for other pages like build.golang.org.
