On the Package Details page, selecting any tab in <div role=”tablist”> refreshes page and resets keyboard focus to the window. Keyboard-only users need to navigate through repeated header content to return to their place in the site. Selecting a tab should instead set keyboard focus to the tab selected or to the content of that tab.
