Do you have an official reference for that license? The standard NIST license, at https://www.nist.gov/topics/data/public-access-nist-research/copyright-fair-use-and-licensing-statements-srd-data-and#software, is not identical. |

We're closer, but still not there. The contents of https://raw.githubusercontent.com/usnistgov/ndn-dpdk/b858ba750c5ada0684f218739f3b267def50a044/LICENSE.md is not close enough to the text in the blue box in https://www.nist.gov/topics/data/public-access-nist-research/copyright-fair-use-and-licensing-statements-srd-data-and#software to trigger a match. |
