Do you have an official reference for that license? The standard NIST license, at https://www.nist.gov/topics/data/public-access-nist-research/copyright-fair-use-and-licensing-statements-srd-data-and#software, is not identical.

I discussed with the group. Please use the license text (starting with "This software") on this webpage.
I'll update the repository to match this license text.

Just back from vacation; give me a day to see where we are. We do have approval for the license, it's just a matter of plugging it in.
