A host was renamed after the OS version was upgraded. The host is now unable to connect to the coordinator.

The reporting email stated:

Recently we had a builder renamed after we released a new version of the OS. Here's the change: https://go-review.googlesource.com/c/build/+/222517/

But it turns out now I'm getting a key error, so I'm wondering if I need a new key for the renamed builder (the old one isn't working):

The builder needed a new key. This key is in use now and the builder is now accessible.
