by trolleriprofessorn:

If the file x_test.go contains an import statement with
an incorrect path "foo/bar", go test gives the sparse error message:

imports foo/bar: package could not be found locally

For the same mistake in the file x.go, go test gives the error message:

imports foo/bar: /path/.../x.go:39:8: package could not be found locally
