With Elon Musk reaching mars soon, the time package should offer coordinates mars time support

According to wikipedia,

AMT has not yet been employed in official mission timekeeping.

so it seems it is far from being a recognized standard. Let's postpone the discussion about adding Mars support to the time package until a standardized way to handle martian time-zones emerges.
