you may need to find a kate user to verify this fix.

please make the description something like this
(sentence in parenthesis is my comment, please leave them off):

misc/kate: fix multiline raw string syntax highlighting error
(we don't have a directory named misc/kate/go, and as there is only one
file in misc/kate, mention misc/kate is enough)
(write in detail what is fixed, and as the first part already mentions kate,
no need to mention it again in the 2nd part)
