ccache is just one of many possible tools that wrap
compiler invocations.  I'm just trying to figure out if
clang is in use or not; we used to look at the first word
of the $CC but now we look at the whole thing.

If someone's compiler is called not-clang then we will
get this wrong, or if they are running 'clangcache gcc'
we will get it wrong too, but I think it will handle the cases
that arise in practice.
